Featuring wine from the Barberani vineyards of the green hills of
Umbria, bent by wind and caressed by the waters of Lake Corbara.
The menu will be four courses seasonally created by our Chef and paired with wines we felt best suited the dish.
Elena Barberani herself will be here to teach you all about her wines and guide you through each pairing!
